The Fireside Dinner Theater’s stage floor is replaced each show with a new MDF skin and the Center Lift is routed out for each show. The floor is primed & painted, then sealed with three coats of oil based polyurethane.
Next Act Theater will frequently paint their 0” level decking. They also incorporate carpeting, painted linoleum, painted lauan and masonite, and combinations of all three.
Rennisance Theaterworks has two rotating masonite floors in four foot squares that they install for each show, changing out pieces as needed.
In Tandem Theater would paint their 0” level decking each show, either with a fuax finish or solid color.
